» It is difficult to identify this species with certainty. However, the bird has badly abraded tail feathers thus making correct identification difficult. The effect of the tail is rather ribbon-like with the width being fairly uniform although admittedly apparently short! The legs and feet are definitely pinkish-grey & this feature points to this being Exclamatory P W.
